These Terms and Conditions govern purchases made through the Lashful online store.

Lashful currently offers its digital products for purchase to customers located in the United States.
2. Digital Products
Lashful sells digital educational products, including a pre-recorded online lash training course and related digital materials.
No physical product will be shipped.
Unless expressly stated otherwise on the product page, your purchase includes access to the digital materials described at the time of purchase. Lashful does not provide in-person training, individual coaching, or personalized instruction as part of the digital course.
3. Orders and Payment
By placing an order, you confirm that the information you provide during checkout is accurate and that you are authorized to use the selected payment method.
The price displayed at checkout at the time of purchase applies to your order. Any applicable taxes will be calculated or collected as required.
We reserve the right to cancel or refuse orders where reasonably necessary to address suspected fraud, unauthorized transactions, pricing errors, or other unlawful activity.
4. Digital Delivery
After successful payment, access to the purchased digital product will be provided electronically using the email address or other information provided during checkout.
Because this is a digital product, no physical shipment will be made and no shipping fees apply unless expressly stated otherwise.
Customers are responsible for providing a valid email address.

5. Refunds
All sales of our digital courses and digital products are generally final once access to the purchased digital content has been provided.
Due to the digital nature of our products, Lashful does not voluntarily offer refunds, returns, or exchanges after digital access has been delivered.
This policy does not limit any refund, cancellation, warranty, or other rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded under applicable law.
If you believe you were charged incorrectly or experience a technical problem accessing your purchase, please contact support@lashful.info.
6. License and Intellectual Property
Purchasing a digital product from Lashful grants you a limited, non-exclusive license to access and use the purchased content in accordance with the product description and any specific license terms provided with the product.
Where a product is expressly sold with resell rights, additional commercial rights apply as described in Section 7 below.
Purchasing a product does not transfer ownership or copyright in the underlying intellectual property to you. All intellectual property rights remain with their respective rights holders.
7. Resell Rights
The Lashful Online Resellable Lash Training Course includes resell rights.
You may resell the course under your own brand to your own audience.
You may also pass the resell rights on to your customers, allowing them to resell the course under their own brand to their own audience.
These resell rights constitute a license to use and commercially resell the course as described above. They do not transfer ownership or copyright in the underlying intellectual property.
Each reseller is independently responsible for their own business activities, marketing, pricing, taxes, customer relationships, and compliance with applicable laws.
Lashful does not guarantee any particular income, revenue, profit, sales, or other business results from purchasing or reselling the course.
8. Account and Access Security
If access is provided through an individual account, private link, download, or other restricted method, you are responsible for keeping your access information secure.
You may not intentionally provide private course access or account credentials to unauthorized third parties.
We may take reasonable measures to prevent fraud, unauthorized distribution, account sharing, or other misuse, subject to applicable law.
9. Educational Disclaimer
The course contains educational information relating to lash services and techniques.
Individual learning outcomes, skills, business results, income, and other outcomes vary. Lashful does not guarantee any specific financial, professional, business, or personal result from purchasing or using the course.
The customer is responsible for determining whether any license, certification, insurance, training, health and safety requirement, or other professional requirement applies before performing lash services in their state or local jurisdiction.
Nothing contained in the course constitutes legal, medical, tax, or other regulated professional advice.
10. Technical Availability
We make reasonable efforts to provide reliable access to purchased digital content.
Temporary interruptions may occur because of maintenance, updates, technical problems, third-party platform outages, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

11. Changes to Digital Content
We may make reasonable updates, corrections, or improvements to our digital content.
Any rights that cannot legally be limited or excluded remain unaffected.
12. Prohibited Use
You may not use our website or digital products for unlawful purposes, commit fraud, attempt unauthorized access to systems or accounts, interfere with the operation of our website, or infringe intellectual property or other legal rights.
13. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Lashful makes no guarantee that use of the course will produce any specific business, financial, professional, or personal outcome.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Lashful will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from the use of the digital content.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any liability or customer right that cannot legally be excluded or limited under applicable law.
14. Third-Party Services
Our store and digital products may use third-party services for website hosting, payment processing, digital delivery, course hosting, analytics, or related functionality.
Certain third-party services may be subject to their own terms and privacy policies.
15. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany.
Nothing in these Terms is intended to deprive a customer of any mandatory consumer protection rights that apply to the customer and cannot lawfully be waived by contract.
